The bottom-folding pouch is manufactured from a composite film on a roll. Manufacturing of the pouch is carried out on the pouch manufacturing machine. After sealing the vertical and bottom seams and, as necessary, after sealing in the Zipper, or punching the Euro hole, the finished pouch is transferred to the rotary filler for filling. Here, sealing the crown is also carried out, either thermally or optionally using ultrasonic.
Using our machines, different resealing systems can be manufactured, such as Zipper (zip sealing), screw sealing, spout or Memorystrip. Easy Opening or Euro hole can also be integrated in the packaging machine with no problem.
The most common use for this type of pouch is for powder, granulates or solid bulk products. In conjunction with the spout, the bottom-folding pouch is also becoming more popular for liquid products.
