HDG Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH is known for their specialization in the planning, production and distribution of highly efficient side sealed pouch machines, horizontal form-fill and seal machines for 3 and 4 side sealed pouches pouches.
Generally our packaging machines are used as an integrated part of the production processes in the foodstuff, cosmetic and chemical industries. In Kürten, near Cologne, a highly qualified team develops and builds our much proven machines for customers all over the world. Our objective is to optimize production processes in close cooperation with our customers and to devise more efficient operation processes. Thus, when you purchase a HDG packaging machine, you not only purchase a piece of hardware, but also the Know-How and service. We are only satisfied when the commonly defined objectives are attained or exceeded. Therefore, as necessary, we willingly work together with our service team on your existing packaging lines with diverse makes and Höller BM packaging machines. The Success Story

1984: Established by Hans Detlef Glindemann as a servicing and
            repair operation for packaging machines

1986: First improvements by the HDG service team on existing
           plants

1990: First new assemblies with reduced wastage and increased
           number of cycles

1992: Meanwhile, HDG builds all assemblies themselves using
           improved technology.

1998: The first machine completely built in-house is installed in
           Switzerland. Electronic belt feed, machine sealing pressures
           and permanent temperature control were absolute novelties
           and exist even today in industry in general.

2001: Modern marketing is installed. Orders are actively
           acknowledged. Moderate healthy growth, the satisfaction of
           the customers and long-term relationships are the declared      
           objectives.

2001-2009: The rotary machine concept is consequently
           implemented further. The machine family is supplemented by
           further versions. Meanwhile, pouch sizes of 40mm x 50mm
           up to 400mm x 400mm with performances of up to 360
           pouches per minute can be processed.

2009: Expansion of the existing production area and broadening of
           our international activities. Marketing get their own
           showroom. Now we can demonstrate a machine operating
           at any time and offer the service of testing new formats,
           qualities of film, products, etc. on a HDG.
