Capacity, flexibility, precision, type of product and sum of investment are the decisive factors in the selection of the correct dosing. In order to always supply you with the best solution, we at HDG produce various dosing systems ourselves. Upon request, we also gladly combine your existing dosing and multi-head scales and dosing pumps with our plants.

From our in-house production, we supply the following dosing equipment:

  • Auger feeder: e.g. for powder or fine-grained granulate
  • Push feeder: for spices and other small-sized products
  • Disc feeder and special feeders: for granulate, pieces and other dry bulk solids
  • Cloth feeder: e.g. for refreshing tissues, glass spectacles cleaning cloth and window cloths

Thus, we can precisely and efficiently dose powder, granulate, small-sized products, cloths and bulk solids.

We gladly supply dosing for paste-like products. This includes, e.g. pumps for liquid or creamy products in the food and non-food field.

If complex mixtures must be dosed, we recommend the integration of multi-head scales or linear scales. Thus, many different products can be dosed gravimetric.
